• Fire Safety Compliance: Reduce your insurance risks and facility costs. These pallets are naturally fire-resistant, non-sparking and UV-resistant. Utilizing aluminum pallets can help facilities comply with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 1, potentially eliminating the need for costly fire suppression system upgrades or off-site storage often required for combustible plastic or wood pallets.
• Heavy-Duty Tube Construction: The all-welded framework is built to last. The top laterals are constructed of 1” x 3” rectangular tubing (.090” wall), supported by heavy-wall 2” x 2” risers. This sealed tube design prevents the collection of dirt, debris, and biological contaminants inside the pallet, ensuring high sanitary standards.
• Easy 4-Way Entry: Designed for efficiency, these pallets feature a unique 3/4” x 3 ⅜” chamfered I-beam base. This 45° chamfer allows fork tines and pallet jacks to slide over the base easily, reducing damage to the pallet and equipment during loading and unloading.
• Sanitary & Inspectable: Ideal for food and pharmaceutical applications, these pallets are easy to clean, metal detectable, and impervious to insect infestation, rot, and corrosion.
• High Load Capacity: Despite being lightweight (ranging from approx. 42 to 51 lbs.), these pallets support massive loads. Standard models boast a Static Load Capacity of 30,000 lbs., a Dynamic Load Capacity of 5,000 lbs., and are Rackable up to 5,000 lbs.

• Standard 40” x 48”: Available with a center base tube (Model 99613) or without, these fit standard warehousing footprints.
• Square Configurations: Available in 40” x 40” (Model 52400) and 48” x 48” (Model 50788). Note that Model 50788 does not feature a center support tube.
