Shipping Methods
New Age Industrial provides the following shipping methods: LTL Carriers including Old Dominion, XPO Logistics, FedEx Freight & ABF Freight. UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Express are also available.
UPS Shipping
The new UPS maximum size and weight parameters allow a greater variety of items to qualify for shipping via UPS. However, shipping via UPS does not guarantee a lower price in comparison with truck freight costs.
Damaged or Lost Goods
It is the responsibility of the consignee's receiving agent to inspect equipment upon delivery. If you see your shipment is incomplete or damaged when you receive it, make a notation on the freight bill. If the freight company will not allow you to do so, refuse shipment. If the damage is concealed, you must notify New Age within 15 days (including the day of delivery plus weekends and holidays). New Age will handle all claim paperwork for the customer.
Returns
Returned merchandise must be pre-approved with an RMA number assigned by New Age and noted on both the shipping label and bill of lading. Merchandise is to be returned with transportation charges prepaid and is subject to a 20% handling and inspection charge. Items with a 'C Lead Time Code' require special production or procurement and are not eligible for return. New Age reserves the right to refuse the return of any piece of equipment.
