Core Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: Previous welding, fabrication, or manufacturing experience (or related field) preferred, but not required.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic math proficiency required including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
• Technical Skills: Ability to accurately use and read a fractional tape measure.
• Work Style: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Safety Focus: Commitment to maintaining safe, clean, and organized workspaces and habits.
• Flexibility: Adaptable to shifting duties, tasks, and production assignments.

Available Shifts & Hours (40 Hours/Week):

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday – Friday
• Night Shift (3-Day Weekends): 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM | Monday – Thursday

New Age Industrial is seeking an experienced, high-energy Regional Sales Manager – Foodservice to lead business development, manufacturer's representative agency management, and sales growth across the Western United States territory. This role serves as the primary factory liaison for independent rep agencies, key buying groups, design-build dealers, and regional distributors, and requires deep commercial foodservice industry knowledge along with an extensive travel schedule for hands-on field training, virtual training, and representing the company at national trade shows and industry events.

Core Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years of successful experience as a Regional Sales Manager, National Account Manager, or a similar senior sales leadership role within the Commercial Foodservice Equipment and manufacturing industry. Experience managing independent manufacturer's representative agencies and delivering structured training programs is preferred.
• Industry & Network Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of principles and techniques used in sales and marketing within the design-build sector. Established rapport with foodservice consultants and design firms is highly valued.
• Training & Presentation Skills: Exceptional presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to engage an audience during interactive showroom demonstrations or virtual online webinars.
• Travel & Autonomy: Highly self-motivated with the discipline to manage an independent traveling calendar. Requires extensive travel (including overnight and extended stays) across the United States for field training, client visits, and national trade shows.
• Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to confidently read and interpret equipment layouts or standard product drawings.
