Unlike standard wire or slatted shelving, the Solid Brute series features a reinforced flat deck that allows boxes to slide effortlessly for loading and unloading, while preventing small items from tipping or falling through gaps. The surface is supported by a robust framework constructed of 1 ½” x 1 ¾” x .125” wall angle, with laterals made of 1 ¼” x 1 ¼” x .070” wall tubing for superior structural integrity.
- Removable Top for Sanitation: The shelf surface is a removable .040” aluminum sheet. This unique design permits easy and thorough cleaning of both the sheet and the frame, ensuring high sanitary standards are maintained.
- Adjust-A-Shelf System: These complete units assemble in minutes using only the provided Allen wrench. The heavy-duty posts (15/16” diameter pipe) are marked in 2-inch increments, allowing you to position shelves exactly where needed to fit your inventory.
- Rust-Free Durability: Manufactured entirely from primary grade aluminum, these units are guaranteed to remain rust-free, making them an excellent choice for humid environments like walk-in coolers and freezers.
- Effortless Slide Loading: The smooth, solid surface eliminates the "snagging" common with wire shelving, allowing heavy boxes and bins to be slid into place with minimal physical effort.
