Designed to meet the rigorous standards of a national sandwich chain, the Model 53155 Heavy Duty Aluminum Chicken Breading Cart is a specialized mobile station that streamlines the breading and prep process. By consolidating ingredients, breading bins, and temperature-controlled storage into a single mobile footprint, this cart allows operators to set up a dedicated breading station anywhere in the kitchen and easily roll it away for cleaning. The unit was field-tested successfully to ensure it withstands the demands of a commercial kitchen environment. Features that Make a Difference:- Integrated Temperature Control: The solid top shelf features a precision cutout designed to hold a Carlisle Coldmaster® full-size food pan (or equivalent). This "drop-in" design keeps raw proteins at safe temperatures during the breading process without the mess of external ice baths.
- Ample Prep Surface: Beyond the pan cutout, the top shelf offers significant space (approx. 24" x 40") to accommodate cutting boards, fryer baskets, half-size sheet pans, or other essential prep tools.
- Multi-Level Organization: The open design features specific zones for every step of the process. A dedicated "miscellaneous" storage shelf is perfect for keeping seasonings, spices, and utensils within arm's reach, while the solid bottom shelf is spacious enough to hold large bulk breading bins and extra supplies.
- Sanitary & Maneuverable: Constructed from all-welded heavy-duty aluminum, this cart is guaranteed never to rust or corrode, even with constant exposure to raw poultry and frequent wash-downs. It maneuvers effortlessly on four 5" polyurethane tread "HDC" stem casters (all swivel with brakes), allowing you to lock the station in place during use.
