• Smart Shelf Design for Drainage: Sanitation is built into the geometry of the cart. The upper two solid shelves are slanted 1° toward the rear to facilitate drainage, and all shelves feature drainage holes to prevent water pooling during wash-downs or transport of wet items.
• Secure & Accessible Storage: All three shelves feature a specialized "three lips up, one lip down" design. The sides and back are turned up to contain heavy loads during transport, while the front edge is turned down to allow for easy sliding of boxes and food modules onto the shelf.

• Heavy-Duty Construction: The shelves are constructed of durable .080” aluminum sheet, reinforced underneath with a framework of 1½” x 1½” x .070” wall tubing. The base is further fortified with 1½” x 2¾” x .070” wall tubing, ensuring the chassis never twists or sags under heavy loads.
• Superior Mobility: To handle the 1,800 lb. capacity, the unit is equipped with four 6” x 2” heavy-duty plate-type casters (two swivel, two swivel with brakes), providing smooth maneuverability over thresholds and uneven floors.
