“This cart was originally created for a K-12 Foodservice Director that was bagging lunches, takeaway meals and snacks for the kids,” said Cathy O’Shia, VP of Sales, Foodservice. “They needed something much more efficient because they had a lot of meals to prepare. Originally, they had to lay everything out on cafeteria tables and use a small cart to go from table to table. This cart made it much easier for them.”
