Rust & Corrosion Guarantee: New Age Industrial Corporation, Inc. guarantees that the products listed in their most recent price list (casters, wheels, lugs, tubs, covers, fastening devices and other accessories excluded) will not rust or corrode for the period of time the original purchaser owns it, provided the products are used within the listed restrictions.

 

Lifetime Series: The Lifetime Series and “Adjust-A-Shelf” Shelving products are guaranteed for the LIFETIME of the original purchaser. They will be free from defects in the material and workmanship and will not rust or corrode if used within the listed restrictions.

5 Year Guarantee: New Age Industrial Corporation, Inc. guarantees the original owner that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship (when properly installed) for FIVE YEARS, provided the product has been used within the listed restrictions.

1 Year Guarantee: New Age Industrial Corporation, Inc. guarantees the original owner that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship (when properly installed) for ONE YEAR, provided the product has been used within the listed restrictions.

Restrictions:

  1. Your New Age product must be used solely for its intended purpose. Abuse of, misuse of, changes to, alteration of, or improper maintenance of original equipment shall void any warranty.
  2. Your New Age product must not be loaded beyond the products published uniformly distributed static load limit (capacity).
  3. Your New Age product must be cleaned on a periodic basis every three to four weeks or be cleaned within accepted industry standards, following the generally accepted cleansing agents instructions.
  4. New Age shall not be liable for incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising or resulting from misuse, use, inability to use, or from product defects or other tort.

If requested, the damaged product will be returned to New Age at the owner’s expense for inspection and approval:
